Only after I am certain that good funds have 
   completely cleared my account, 
   cannot be reversed, 
   you agree to accept all shipping charges, 
   you understand you accept the item "as is" and 
   have no right to return it. 

Reason for this harsh approach to international shipping? 
Too many scams coming from your location!!!
